Job summary

Porter is hiring an infrastructure engineer to build and maintain software that provisions and manages infra changes across hundreds of customer cloud accounts. You will design cloud-agnostic architecture scaling from seed to public companies and engineer reliable automated systems for multi-cloud Kubernetes at scale.

You will work directly with customers on Slack and calls to broker large deals, while elevating infra reliability and code quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering (IC).
• Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficient in Go; Terraform, Helm, Argo CD.
• Customer-facing comfort and ability to work with clients.
• On-site in NYC 5 days per week.

Comp: $220K-$320K + competitive equity. Location: 5 days in-office NYC; 30 days PTO + 30 days remote/yr. Visa: Visa transfers (OPT/H1B) and new sponsorships (H1B, TN); new H1B only for exceptional candidates.
