Job summary

Portra is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to design and scale our production systems in a fast-paced startup environment. You will own cloud architecture decisions, implement secure AWS environments, and guide the team with reliable CI/CD and observability practices.

You will build scalable Kubernetes clusters, codify infrastructure with Terraform, and drive security and cost efficiency across the stack.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of DevOps experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Production Kubernetes cluster architecture and administration.
• Deep Terraform expertise at scale.
• Strong Python and Bash automation capabilities.
• Cloud security architecture, networking design, and compliance experience.
• Track record building production environments from scratch.
