Madison Communities is hiring a Community Porter/Housekeeper to keep our Charlotte, NC properties clean and inviting. You will prepare apartments for new residents, maintain common areas, and handle light maintenance tasks. Some weekend/on-call shifts apply, with travel between local properties required.

Community Porter/Housekeeper
Location: Charlotte, NC| Full-Time | $20/hour

What You'll Do

As a key part of our team, you'll be responsible for keeping the community in tip-top shape, from preparing new apartments to maintaining shared spaces. Your day-to-day includes:

Preparing apartments for new residents with care and attention

Keeping community areas—like clubhouses, gyms, and lounges—sparkling and welcoming

Handling light maintenance tasks (painting, filter changes, replacing light bulbs)

Operating cleaning equipment and maintaining supplies

Reporting and helping address minor repair needs

You'll be the heart of our community—helping make it a place people are proud to call home.
