The Porter/Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our property, interior and exterior, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Maintenance:

· Dusting, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, elevators, and stairwells.

· Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, Pet spa, Fitness center and Yoga Studio.

· Emptying trash and recycling containers.

Support Tasks:

· Assisting with deliveries by receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies.

· Setting up and breaking down furniture for meetings or events.

· Monitoring the building for safety hazards and reporting concerns.

Other Duties:

· Performing minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs.

· Maintaining the cleanliness of exterior areas, picking up grounds, empty pet waste stations.

· Providing general support to maintenance and housekeeping staff.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Professional appearance required.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
• Attention to detail and an eye for cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic mechanical skills for minor repairs.
