Summary: Cleans and services assigned areas according to performance and safety standards to ensure a clean, comfortable, safe, and attractive environment.

Essential Job Functions

  • Cleans bar areas, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, escalators, offices, and other front and back of house areas
  • Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors
  • Cleans drains, equipment, rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
  • Polishes metalwork
  • Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork
  • Washes windows, door panels, and sills
  • Transports trash, waste, and recyclable materials to disposal area
  • Transports small equipment or tools between departments
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

  • High school education or GED
  • One year related experience or training preferred
  • Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Advanced knowledge of building systems technology required
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing

Physical and Mental Demands

  • Regularly required to walk, see, use hands, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
  • Frequently required to balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Occasionally required to talk and hear
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
  • Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor
