Assures the highest possible level of guest satisfaction by repeatedly performing duties that support the efficient operation of the Housekeeping for the public areas of the property.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from team members, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner. Ability to quickly and accurately perform normal mathematical computations in regards to the implementation of duties. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.
High school diploma or equivalent. No experience necessary. Housekeeping experience a plus.
The work environment consists of very demanding surroundings with a high noise level in the casino and low noise level in hotel.
