Job Description Summary

This role involves maintaining the physical aspects of the community, ensuring grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal meet company standards, and supporting the service team members.

Responsibilities

1. Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping common areas and amenities tidy at all times.
2. Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready, transfer trash to dumpsters or storage, and maintain storage areas.
3. Complete routine service requests as assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager, and assist the make-ready team.
4. Change locks as per property policy and ensure gates to pools are functioning correctly and safely.
5. Distribute notices and communication to residents as needed.
6. Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
7. Provide excellent customer service by respecting residents, answering questions, and addressing complaints sensitively.
8. Follow safety policies by attending safety meetings, completing OSHA and other required training, and reporting incidents promptly.

Compensation varies based on factors such as experience and location. Eligible employees may participate in bonus programs quarterly or annually.
