Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance or equivalent.
• Ability to read instructions and document labor and materials.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition of the property as per safety standards.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas continuously.
• Mow lawns and maintain landscaping features as scheduled.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of pools and irrigation systems.
