InterSolutions, LLC is hiring reliable, enthusiastic individuals for an Apartment Porter and Janitor role at properties in South San Francisco, CA 94080. The position involves maintaining grounds and common areas, trash removal, and light cleaning tasks as part of our fast-growing property-management staffing network.

• Willingness to work weekends as needed

Responsabilités

• Walk the grounds and common areas daily, removing litter and debris.
• Empty trash receptacles as needed.
• Clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing.
• Duties may include using a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting the maintenance team as needed.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Walk the grounds and common areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces.
• Empty trash receptacles as needed
• Clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing
• Duties may include using a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting the maintenance team as needed.
