Job summary

Responsibilities

• Walk the grounds and common areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces.
• Empty trash receptacles as needed and keep designated areas clean.
• Clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing.
• May use a power washer, clean or vacuum a pool, and assist the maintenance team as needed.
