Job summary

Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for the Bexley Spring Hill area in Columbia/Spring Hill, TN. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with starting pay at $18/hour and quarterly bonuses. Benefits include rent discount, holidays, PTO, health/dental/vision, EAP, and 401k.

We have a fantastic Porter / Groundskeeper opportunity available!

Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Location:

Bexley Spring Hill - Columbia/Spring Hill, TN

Porter Pay:

Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $18/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses

Bonus*:

Currently eligible for a $1000 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing. (*For the stay on bonus - the recruiter can discuss the details. Stay with us and be awesome and you get this great bonus!)

Things Candidates Should Know Before Starting

• You will get dirty: Tasks include picking up trash, cleaning pet waste stations, trashing out apartments, and other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties.
• Repetition is part of the job: Many tasks (like picking up litter and pet waste) are daily, recurring responsibilities.
• Opportunity for Growth: Team members with a great attitude and willingness to learn can grow into more advanced roles in maintenance.
• This is a physically demanding role:. This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks, frequently lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds or more, using hand tools and operating equipment (including backpack blowers, power washers), operating golf carts/trailers, frequently bending and stooping for planting, weeding and maintenance of outdoor spaces, and working in conditions with loud noise levels at times. This position also requires working outdoors year-round in potentially inclement weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, rain, humidity). The person in this position must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
