Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an experienced live-in Groundskeeper for a 151-unit residential property located in Miami, FL. You will maintain interior and exterior cleanliness to enhance curb appeal and overall upkeep of the property.

The role requires independence, reliability, and physical stamina, with duties including daily cleaning of common areas, reporting issues to the Maintenance Supervisor, and assisting with grounds maintenance. On-site rent-free unit and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, landscaping, general labor, and groundskeeping.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical requirements include heavy lifting and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning: Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage.
• Reporting: Report concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Trash removal: Daily removes and discards litter and debris from interior common areas and assists with exterior grounds maintenance.
• Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning: Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage

Reporting: Report all notable concerns, such as vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, and missing smoke detectors or extinguishers in the common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor

Trash removal: Daily removes and properly discards litter and debris from interior common areas and assists the remainder of the team with exterior grounds maintenance

Additional Duties: Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
