Schedule:

• 4.5 hours per week
• Saturday - Sunday (7 days a week)
• Monday - Friday 30 minutes
• Saturday & Sunday 1 hour
• May-September (Seasonal Pool Maintenance)

Compensation:

$15.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required by supervisory personnel.

Customer Service

• Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times.
• Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader’s standard of professionalism.
• Deliver notices to residents as directed.
• Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.

Cleaning and Grounds

• Maintain certain aspects of the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management. May include building maintenance, working with cleaning and vendors, groundskeeping, etc.
• Prepare and/or touch up vacant units for occupancy.
• Move heavy equipment such as dumpsters, appliances, etc.
• Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management.

Regulation & Safety

• Have thorough knowledge of company and community policies and work within them.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies, complying with all industry Fair Housing rules.
• Complete assigned training and attend staff meetings as required.
