Job summary

Adamas Building Services is seeking a Porter for luxury residential communities in Monmouth Beach, NJ. You will help maintain grounds, common areas, and building exteriors, and may coordinate with external contractors as needed.

Ideal candidates have prior cleaning or maintenance experience and are capable of handling a physically demanding workload with attention to deadlines. Benefits include weekly pay, medical/dental/vision, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas.
• Remove trash and recycling and transport to dumpster areas.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and estimate repairs.
• Complete work and repair orders promptly.
• Maintain inventory and organize building tools and supplies.
• Snow removal, de-icing as needed in winter.
• Oversee work by outside contractors as necessary.

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York Florida and Pennsylvania. We currently have an opening at our Monmouth Beach, NJ location.

Schedule: Monday & Friday (11am-7pm) -Tuesday-Wednesday & Saturday 8am-4pm

Pay: $16.50

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inspection and cleaning of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas.
• Remove trash and recycling from the building and transport to outside dumpster areas
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and estimate time and extent of repairs throughout the building.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Maintain inventory and organize all building tools and supplies
• Snow blowing, shoveling and de-icing as necessary during winter months
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
