Pay Range: $21.00 per hour to $21.50 per hour

Requirement: Previous receiving and stocking experience is preferred, but not required. *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows and beverage station.
• Bus, clear and clean tables; sweep floors during peak service and prep before service.
• Transport dishes and utensils from the front of the house to the kitchen using trays, bus tubs or carts; follow safety procedures.
• Wash dishes, glasses and pots; clean stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
• Scrape and rinse food from dishes and wash by hand or use dishwashing equipment; ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keep display equipment clean and compliant with safety and sanitation standards during service.
• Assist with receiving heavy deliveries and transport to storage areas following safe lifting standards.
• Follow HACCP standards for proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures where applicable.
• Adhere to company policies and safety practices (glove use, oven/fryer/steamer protection, slip-resistant shoes, proper lifting).
