We are currently seeking a motivated maintenance porter to help with property upkeep, clean amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance.

Location: Bexley Clearfork - Fort Worth, TX

Pay: Starting at$16/hour plus quarterly bonuses, lots of holidays off and paid, and even get your birthday as a paid day off!

Bonus*: Currently eligible for a $1000 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing. (*For the stay on bonus - the recruiter can discuss the details. Stay with us and be awesome and you get this great bonus!)

Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds and turn experience is a plus.

Some HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry and painting experience a plus.
