Job summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to clean and service assigned areas in Cleveland, Ohio. You will follow infection control regulations and uphold our mission, values, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning duties, operating equipment, and maintaining safe facilities. Required: 1 year of Environmental Services experience and ability to read/write English; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Required: Recent one year of experience in an Environmental Services Department. Must be proficient in the operation/care of equipment normally associated with the department (i.e., high-speed buffer, auto scrubber, rotary scrubber, wet/dry suction equipment, scaffolding, etc.). Must be able to read and write English
• Preferred: High School Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam
• Previous housekeeping experience

Biweekly Hours: 80.00

Shift: 3:00p - 11:30p Rotating weekends and holidays
