Job summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking a dedicated environmental services team member at the MetroHealth Old Brooklyn Campus to maintain cleanliness across patient areas, offices, and common spaces.

This role requires reading and writing English; some experience in housekeeping is preferred. The shift is 7a-3:30p with rotating weekends and holidays, and biweekly hours total 80.00.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Required: Minimal education. Ability to read and write English.
• Preferred: Previous housekeeping experience
• Physical Requirements: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Ability to climb intermittently during the day. Ability to push/pull 70-150 pounds. Ability to lift 10-40 pounds. Requires some exposure to chemicals, bioburden, and cleaning products.
