Our state-of-the-art services, amenities, and excellent staff make Kahl Home a premier nursing facility in the Quad Cities.

We are seeking to hire a Housekeeper / Porter - Environmental Services.

Schedule: Full-Time; 2 days = 6am to 2pm and 3 days = 1pm to 8pm; plus every other weekend.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Cleaning experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and able to handle stress.
• Required to work every other weekend and holiday.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Job Summary:

• Clean office equipment, social areas, and common areas.
• Empty trash, dust, vacuum all common areas.
• Clean all bathrooms; replace paper products; clean and polish furniture and fixtures, window ledges.
• Mop, buff, and extract all floors.
• Assist with cleaning residents' rooms related to move-in/move-out schedules.
