Position Overview

A Luggage Porter provides consistently excellent customer service to Guests, focusing on laundry support and the transferring and storing of luggage.

What will you be doing?

• Provide laundry support, including all wash cycles, folding, and storage
• Deliver high-standard, courteous service to Guests in the lobby area
• Offer efficient and friendly service to individual Guests and Groups
• Communicate Guest feedback to the Head Porter or Concierge Supervisor
• Deliver messages and faxes throughout the day
• Assist with room moves, luggage deliveries, and man the Front Door following SOPs
• Handle and store luggage for arriving and departing Guests
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of public areas and equipment
• Coordinate with Security regarding unattended luggage
• Greet all Guests warmly in public areas and rooms
