The Spurs Club is a chef-driven private social club and restaurant located in the Victory Capital Performance Center at The Rock at La Cantera. Members can gather to work, entertain, and unwind with amenities including multiple bars, fine dining, lounge/personal workspace, and access to the Spurs organization. The facility caters to influencers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders passionate about the San Antonio Spurs. The Porter/Dishwasher position reports to the Sous Chef and is based in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods.
• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the dish machine.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the dish machine.
• Unload dishes and utensils from the dish machine and organize them properly.
• Empty trash containers regularly.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested.
