Job Summary

In this role you will work with the Conference Services team to exceed client expectations for all conference reservations and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists with room set-ups and meeting logistics to ensure the best client experience for all meetings
  • Provides prompt and accurate resetting, refreshing, and turning of meeting rooms as necessary in the conference center
  • Assists with basic audio visual requirements in conference center spaces
  • Ensures all equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) utilized for meetings are of the best repair while identifying and reporting issues to maintenance for any non-functioning items
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment highly desirable
  • Highly punctual, responsible, and reliable
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently and under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Maintain a consistently professional approach, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility both within and outside one’s job domain
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
