Position Requirements

• Primary focus is maintaining the overall appearance of the community.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: finish work, painting, cleaning, caulking, etc.
• Maintaining cleanliness of all common areas and amenities.
• Policing grounds and parking areas, including painting curbs and parking lot striping.
• Performing minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting.
• Assisting maintenance staff upon request.
• Strong cleaning skills required; outdoor work about 85% of the day.
• Pre-employment background check and drug testing required. Working weekends is mandatory.
• HVAC and CPO certification is a plus.
