Summary Statement:
It is the primary responsibility of the Casino Porter to maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices and other required areas.
PrimaryJob Duties:– Includes but is not limited to:
- Clean and dust slot machines, remove papers, glasses, debris and discard all empty bottles.
- Change booths and banks in assigned areas.
- Keep the assigned area(s) maintained and remove all trash.
- Replace missing ashtrays; wipe and clean all ashtrays and trash cans.
- Maintain all equipment; properly clean and remove scuffmarks.
- Clean all bathrooms in assigned area(s).
- Clean and maintain Theatre dressing rooms and supports areas.
- Clean and maintain all back-of-house/employee areas including but not limited to: restrooms, lounges and break areas, offices, hallways and TDR Employee dining area.
- Report emergencies and maintenance needs to Supervisor.
- Clean-up biohazard area(s) in a timely manner.
- Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
- Use personal device/cellular phone for job related tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- At least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum six months experience in Environmental Services (EVS), Public Area (PAD) or a similar or related field.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
