• Pay Rate: $15-$17/hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time including occasional Saturdays

Job Summary

As a Porter, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot. You will ensure vehicles are properly displayed, ready for customer test drives, and maintained to high standards. Your support will contribute to the smooth operation of the dealership by assisting the sales team and maintaining a safe, organized lot.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the dealership lot to ensure vehicles are properly displayed.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean and presentable, ready for customer test drives and deliveries.
• Assist customers by moving and retrieving vehicles promptly.
• Maintain the appearance of the lot, keeping it debris-free and well-lit.
• Assist with vehicle inventory management and tracking.
• Collaborate with the sales team for vehicle preparation for customer pickup.
• Transport vehicles to and from the service department as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to the sales team.
• Follow safety protocols and dealership policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to drive various vehicles, including manual and automatic.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
