Responsibilities of a Porter

• Providing prompt, friendly, attentive service to ensure guests have a delightful experience
• Safely transporting guests to their destinations
• Serving as an ambassador of arrival
• Having extensive knowledge of Greensboro, hotel services, directions, and local recommendations
• Establishing and maintaining hotel and guest relationships
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times

Skills and Experience

• Availability to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
• Valid Driver’s License
