Responsibilities
  • Maintain the property's aesthetic appeal through routine cleaning and detailing of common areas, outdoor grounds, and landscaping.
  • Assist with snow and ice removal, and manage rain mats for safety.
  • Collect and dispose of trash, following proper recycling procedures.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff on minor repairs, painting, and water intrusion cleanup.
  • Prepare vacant units for new tenants by cleaning and inspections.
  • Provide excellent customer service, respond to resident inquiries, and deliver packages as needed.
  • Follow safety regulations and OSHA standards.
  • Move throughout the building to address maintenance issues, meet with residents, staff, vendors, and visitors.
  • Ascend/descend stairs, work in small spaces, and lift objects over 50 pounds.
  • Adapt to environmental conditions and climates.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to operate landscaping and maintenance equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
