Job summary

CCI is seeking a Porter to maintain clean facilities across our properties and support maintenance tasks. The role includes interior and exterior cleaning, simple grounds work, and occasional painting duties to keep our assets in top condition.

The ideal candidate has housekeeping or maintenance experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and is computer literate to handle basic tasks and communications. This is a hands-on position with opportunities for growth within property management.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.
• Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.
• Empty all trash daily and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Pick up garbage around the property daily.
• Assist maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders.

This entails maintaining the grounds, performing maintenance tasks, and cleaning the property's interior and exterior, including potential landscaping duties.
