Columbia Gorge Honda in The Dalles, OR is seeking a Service Department Associate to support day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will transport customers, assist service advisors, and help with vehicle check-in, cleaning, and rental car procedures. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Job Summary: This position supports general operations of our service department in a variety of tasks to help the day to day pace of the dealership. This may include but is not limited to the following responsibilities.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Transporting customers to and from dealership within the area.
• Assisting Service Advisors with checking in customers and their vehicles.
• Vacuuming and assisting in washing process of customer vehicles.
• Check in Rental Cars.
• Various other responsibilities to assist service advisors in providing an excellent customer experience.

• To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
