Essex Property Trust is seeking a Porter to maintain the grounds, curb appeal, clubhouse, amenities, and other common areas at one or more properties. The role includes cleaning exterior areas, stocking supplies, and assisting residents to preserve a quality living environment.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with basic computer tasks and using a smartphone for property apps. A five‑day on‑site workweek is typical.

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Communicates basic technical or factual information with colleagues and/or immediate Managers who are familiar with job area Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and defined procedures. Requires limited judgement to perform routine/recurring tasks Limited - decisions generally affect own job and rarely affect work of others.

New hires generally start between $22.12 - $26.20 per hour.
