Job summary

Fleck Free Cleaning is seeking a hardworking Porter to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of residential and commercial properties across our service areas.

You will perform daily cleaning of common areas, follow the schedule, and report issues to the manager. The role requires Spanish-speaking abilities, reliable transportation, and immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of building common areas, lobbies, hallways and exteriors.
• Follow the assigned cleaning schedule for all properties punctually and consistently.
• Handle garbage and recycling according to the DSNY schedule.
• Report any building issues to the manager and submit photos after each shift.
• Follow checklists and cleaning protocols for each property and communicate with the manager as needed.

Hardworking and reliable — punctuality is a must. Legal work authorization — valid work permit and ID required. Must have some form of transportation. Must live in Brooklyn or the Bronx. Prior cleaning or porter experience. Familiarity with DSNY schedules and building maintenance. Experience working in residential or commercial buildings
