Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring for a hands-on team member to support WOW plan execution, vehicle prep, and facility upkeep. You will help keep offices and production areas clean, assist in moving vehicles, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

The role emphasizes multitasking, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset, with room to grow in a busy collision and glass service environment. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years or older; valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying of waste cans, sweeping the floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

Compensation Details

Compensation Details: $12 - 17/ Hour Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

Supplemental Pay: This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
