Job Description:

• Perform daily groundskeeping tasks, including picking up trash, watering grounds and flower beds, emptying pool area trash cans, sweeping and cleaning front areas, parking lots, breezeways, and pool areas.
• Clean pools and periodically inventory supplies.
• Occasional interior painting.
