Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a dedicated hospitality team member to support a high-energy dining room and bar. You will help ensure a welcoming guest experience, maintain cleanliness, and keep beverage stations stocked for service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and a positive first impression, with a schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Training in sanitation and guest service is provided to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Start each shift prepared and focused on cleanliness and organization.
• Follow daily opening and closing checklists.
• Keep dining areas, restrooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow sanitation procedures and maintain stocked and polished silverware and glassware.
• Communicate with team members and managers to support smooth operations.
• Help keep the bar and beverage stations fully stocked and ready for service.
• Greet guests with warmth and help create a positive first impression.
• Support the whole restaurant team with pride and attention to detail.
