Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery in Avon, OH is seeking a team member for our full-service restaurant and wine program. You will help create a clean, welcoming space, follow checklists, run food, reset tables, and support the flow of service while staying active in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with carryout, stocking, and maintaining glassware and dishware, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction. 18+ and English literacy required.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred.
• Positive attitude and passion for people, food, and service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

• Show up prepared and ready to create a clean, welcoming restaurant space.
• Follow daily checklists and prep areas for smooth shifts.
• Assist with running food, clearing dishes, and supporting the flow of service.
• Reset tables and bar tops quickly so guests start fresh.
• Stock and maintain clean glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Communicate with hosts, servers, and bartenders to keep dining room moving.

• Assist with carryout orders and help create a positive first and last impression

What You Will Bring

• Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred
