Job description

Responsibilities:

• Clean and supply designated building areas with soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Schedule: Once Weekly, to be on Saturday morning or Sunday morning, to be determined by management.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Dust/clean tables, counters, desks, bookshelves, and all frequently used flat surfaces.
• Clean three bathrooms, including floors, sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
• Refill disposable hand towels and toilet paper in bathrooms, notifying management when supplies are low.
• Sweep and mop hard floors and vacuum carpets.
• Clean four microwaves in break room areas.
• Perform Quarterly Cleanings (June, September, December, and March): clean all indoor windows that are within standing reach (do not clean windows requiring stools or ladders). Notify management once tasks are completed.
• Perform Annually tasks: shampoo carpets once in July or August, coordinating with management to set the date and arrange for USFWS staff to remove some furniture items from cleaning areas.

Compensation:

• 15.00 per hour.
• Mileage Reimbursement.
• Paid Sick Leave Under Executive Order 13706 (JAN 2022).
