Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Kingsport, TN is seeking a Porter to prep vehicles before delivery, keeping the shop and production areas clean and organized. You will also assist with pre-wash of customer vehicles and post-repair cleanup, ensuring a neat, safe environment and timely vehicle readiness.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to multitask and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office and production areas.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
