Job Summary

The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of all common areas of the property including but not limited to interior hallways, exterior grounds, parking lot, pool area, trash compactors/ dumpsters.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of common areas, including carpet cleaning, replacing light bulbs, trash collection.
• Minor landscaping, leaf blowing and power washing.
• Ensure trash and recycling areas are clean and organized.
• Clean community pool, pool area/grills and other outdoor spaces.
• Address minor repair requests and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Monitor the property for safety hazards and report any issues to the Lead Maintenance.

• Previous experience in property maintenance, grounds keeping, or a related field.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
