Job summary

Harri seeks a dedicated cleaner to uphold cleanliness standards across the casino and adjacent areas. You will maintain personal workstations, ensure guest and team spaces meet Harri standards, and handle cleaning equipment safely.

You will follow all company policies, respond to guest requests, and report safety issues promptly. A team-oriented atmosphere and opportunities for career growth are highlighted in this role.

Responsibilities

• Uphold company cleanliness standards across casino areas.
• Keep personal workstation stocked with sheets, towels, and amenities.
• Ensure guest and team areas are set up according to Harri standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
• Use appropriate cleaners and chemicals in line with MSDS guidelines.
• Report maintenance, security, or safety issues to the appropriate staff.
• Offer guest assistance and respond to requests to ensure satisfaction.

Job description

Summary:

Responsible for upholding the company’s cleanliness standards of all areas located in and around the casino

-Adhere to all company and department policies and procedures as well as all the Company’s Practices (i.e. Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, Core Values, 15 Points of Service, etc.)

-Maintain a personal workstation by properly stocking it with sheets, towels, amenities, etc.

-Assure all guest and team members area are set up for use according to Company standards.

-Maintain knowledge of various all work related equipment and utilize same equipment correctly.

-Utilize cleaning supplies including stainless steel cleaner, glass cleaner, disinfectants and all-purpose cleaners.

-Establish, maintain, and abide by the MSDS handling guidelines for all chemicals and materials.

-Communicate and promote co-worker and guest relations, maintain professionalism while working with Casino team, Food and Beverage team, Engineering Departments, and other team members.

-Offer guest assistance whenever possible including but not limited to answering questions pertaining to Company policies and services, responding to guest requests to ensure guests are satisfied with the Company’s services and accommodations.

-Report any maintenance, security, or safety issue to appropriate staff.
