Job summary

Worldwide Equipment Sales (WWE) – Pennsylvania is seeking a dependable Porter to support daily operations at our Pennsylvania location. Responsibilities include moving, staging, and preparing vehicles and equipment for customers and team members.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment. This onsite role requires attention to detail and the ability to communicate with the sales and operations teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely move vehicles and equipment throughout the lot and facility.
• Manage vehicle flow for incoming, outgoing, and customer-ready equipment.
• Stage vehicles and equipment for customer viewings, deliveries, and transportation.
• Assist with basic vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customers.
• Identify and communicate vehicle damage, missing equipment, or other concerns.
• Maintain an organized, clean, safe, and professional lot and facility.
• Manage keys and assist with vehicle organization and tracking.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Support general facility and lot upkeep.
• Communicate with sales and operations team members regarding vehicle status and operational needs.
• Follow company safety requirements and safe vehicle-operating practices.
• Report safety concerns, incidents, vehicle damage, or facility issues appropriately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.

• Previous porter, lot attendant, automotive, transportation, fleet, or commercial vehicle experience.
• Experience operating trucks, trailers, or commercial equipment.
• CDL or other applicable driving credentials.

Physical Demands

• Regularly stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, reach, kneel, and climb.
• Frequently enter and exit vehicles and equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles throughout the workday.

This is an onsite position with regular work in lot, facility, shop, and outdoor environments. The position requires working around moving vehicles and equipment and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions.
