Worldwide Equipment Sales (WWE), a division of Pritchard Companies, is seeking a dependable Porter to support daily operations at our Pennsylvania location. The role requires safely moving and staging vehicles, managing vehicle flow, and keeping the lot organized for customer viewings and team operations.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, organized, and comfortable working hands-on in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely move vehicles and equipment throughout the lot and facility.
• Manage vehicle flow for incoming, outgoing, and customer-ready equipment.
• Stage vehicles and equipment for customer viewings, deliveries, and transportation.
• Assist with basic vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customers.
• Identify and communicate vehicle damage, missing equipment, or other concerns.
• Maintain an organized, clean, safe, and professional lot and facility.
• Manage keys and assist with vehicle organization and tracking.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Support general facility and lot upkeep.
• Communicate with sales and operations team members regarding vehicle status and operational needs.
• Follow company safety requirements and safe vehicle-operating practices.
• Report safety concerns, incidents, vehicle damage, or facility issues appropriately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.
