Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Porter to keep customer vehicles clean before delivery and maintain a tidy shop and office environment in Fredericksburg, VA. The role supports the WOW plan and requires attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to multitask in a physical environment. 18+ years old with a strong work ethic are expected.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience is preferred.
• Clear vision and good attention to detail are essential.
• Must be 18 years or older and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Pre-washes and cleans customer vehicles before repairs.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of shop and office.
• Manage parking lots and grounds for neatness.
• Transport vehicles to sublet locations for repairs as needed.
• Assist with general housekeeping and safe handling of parts.
