Job summary

LR Associates, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Porter (1st Shift 7:00AM-3:00PM) to provide cleaning services for our government customer in Ft. Belvoir, VA.

The role requires US citizenship and an active Top-Secret SCI clearance, with a minimum of two years cleaning experience including six months of floor buffing. Applicants must be US citizens and possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance. Minimum of two years of cleaning experience including six months of floor buffing experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Buffing floors
• Performing cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Emptying trash
• Cleaning the lobby area, hallways, and bathrooms
• Dusting, cleaning doors and glass
• Removing litter
• Refilling all paper products
• Cleaning kitchen/break areas
• Providing professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time; ascend/descend stairs and move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently; may be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
