Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Porter in Oklahoma (Del City area) to keep shop and office clean, prep customer vehicles, and move vehicles as needed. You will support WOW Operating Way and contribute to a smooth workflow.

High school diploma preferred; must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and automotive experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential for success.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain interior office cleanliness: garbage, floors, dusting countertops and work area.
• Maintain production area cleanliness: waste, sweeping floors, disposing parts, organizing tools.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat condition, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

Job Description:

The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery. Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying of waste cans, sweeping the floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
• Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs

Education and/or Experience Required

• High School diploma / GED preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Automotive experience preferred
• Clear close vision required
• 18 years or age or older
• Valid Driver's license
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation Details:

$16 - 20 / Hour

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

Supplemental Pay:
