Accenture Federal Services seeks a Portal System Administrator to support the development and administration of web-based applications for federal agencies. You will implement integrations, ensure secure access, and maintain diverse systems across Windows, Linux, and SAP environments.

Responsibilities include managing Control‑M scheduling, LDAP, Fortify, and Web Dynpro Apps, plus hands-on web technologies such as HTML, Java, and Oracle SQL. A secret clearance and federal experience are required.

• US citizenship and active secret clearance
• Experience hosting enterprise applications in federal environments
• Proven administration of Control-M and scheduling
• Experience with SAP applications and integrations
• Strong monitoring, logging, and performance tuning

• Support the development of web-based applications and online customer service platforms
• Develop site concepts, interface designs, and web architectures for new and existing applications
• Implement and support integrations to ensure seamless operation
• Administer and maintain Project Office Portal, CRDB, Control‑M, LDAP, Fortify, BI/EDW, BOBJ, ESS/MSS, MII, and Web Dynpro Apps
• Manage Amazon WorkSpaces and related cloud environments
• Develop and maintain applications using ASP, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Access, HTML, and DBMS technologies
• Write and optimize SQL queries in SQL Server and Oracle
• Ensure security using Kerberos, protocols, and SAP security role structures
• Support SSO integration, CAMS, and MII within SAP environments
• Provide support for Apache, NetWeaver, and related web server technologies
• Utilize programming languages including HTML, Java, JavaScript, LDAP, PERL, PHP, .Net, Oracle PL/SQL, and APEX
• Maintain and troubleshoot systems across Windows, Unix, and Linux
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective web solutions
• Perform administration, monitoring, and performance tuning of portal systems and databases
• Ensure compliance with IT Level 1 and IAT Level 2 requirements
