Job summary

Rentals To Go LLC in Texas is seeking a dependable Portable Service Technician to operate a service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks at customer sites. This role offers independence and variety as you perform pumping, cleaning, and maintenance to RTG and DOT standards, engage with customers on site, and ensure safety, quality, and timely service that keeps our customers comfortable.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year general vehicle driving experience.
• Valid Driver License for non-commercial, CDL Class A or B.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks to RTG and DOT standards.
• Drive safely to customer locations and perform servicing to RTG standards.
• Assist with routing and on-site customer service to ensure services meet standards.
• Lift between 50 and 150 lbs frequently.
• Maintain clean and properly serviced portable toilets and holding tanks.
• Adhere to safety policies and report routing feedback to improve efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with RTG and DOT requirements.
• Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with RTG and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries.
• Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. In addition, perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. on a frequent basis during work shift.
• Conduct portable toilets servicing to RTG service standards.
• Perform customer service interaction when on customer work sites to ensure they are getting the services completed to their standard.
• Ability to be flexible in order to meet customer needs when routes need to be adjusted or changed.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to be most efficient as well as giving the customer the best service possible.
• Ability to strategically plan for customer needs by discussing their portable toilet needs, so the customer's current and future needs are satisfied.
