Job summary

Duininck Concrete is seeking a Plant Operations Manager to lead the operation and maintenance staff and daily portable plant operations. This role focuses on maximizing daily production through effective management of production, logistics, and maintenance while ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

You will develop budgets, monitor KPIs, and manage labor, scheduling, and staffing to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years management experience in construction/manufacturing.
• MN DOT Certification desirable.
• Strong math skills for budgeting and KPIs.
• Proactive safety mindset and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, maintenance, and plant staff to maximize production.
• Oversee production, logistics, and maintenance with adherence to safety and company policies.
• Develop and manage budgets and KPIs in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Provide direction, scheduling, and staffing to meet targets and timelines.
• Foster customer-focused relationships to support growth and project success.
