From the beginning, our founders knew that social services for diverse communities, regardless of race or ethnic background, through education, socialization, advocacy, and support are critical to maintaining the diverse fabric of our communities. Through the decades, we have developed numerous programs and services to serve the needs of multicultural and multilingual individuals and families in Western Washington. Thanks to our community partnerships and generous grant funding, we currently provide support and services in the areas of senior wellness, in-home care, benefits enrollment, citizenship, affordable housing, and community health navigation.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, YOU MUST:

  • Be 18+ years old
  • Have reliable personal transportation
  • Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
  • Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
  • Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

Preferred qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
  • Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
  • A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills

WORK SCHEDULE:

This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part-time or full-time (based on your preferences). Caregivers are not required to work a minimum number of hours per week and can choose their preferred days, times, and locations.
