Job summary

Borden Dairy is seeking a client-focused and results-driven Merchandiser to join our team in Florida. In this role you will handle stocking, rotating, and ensuring excellent customer service to maximize product visibility.

You will call on accounts, execute plan-o-grams, maintain displays, and collaborate with store teams to drive sales. The position requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and merchandising experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
• Minimum of 3 years of merchandising experience in the field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English.
• Strong attention to detail and conscientious work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Call on assigned accounts to communicate sales promotions and merchandising updates.
• Execute plan-o-grams, including stocking, fronting, facing, and rotating products.
• Rearrange shelving, clean refrigerated sections, and restock shelves as needed.
• Ensure product displays are professional, appealing, and properly signed.
• Reset displays and report any issues or opportunities related to products or merchandising.
• Negotiate for additional shelf and promotional space.
• Conduct store surveys and market analyses to understand customer behavior and optimize product placement.
• Capture display conditions upon arrival to identify opportunities for sales growth.
• Supports team and organizational goals through additional duties as required
