Biehl in the Town of Texas is seeking a competent Port Manager to oversee all aspects of the port location, including operations, financial oversight, and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years in maritime shipping and 2 years in management, ensuring the smooth operation and development of the port.

Responsabilidades

• Manage staff including hiring and training.
• Establish sales strategies with leadership team.
• Oversee cargo operations and minimize delays.
• Manage communication with customers and provide updates.
• Oversee annual operating budget and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Quality System and improvements.
• Engage with vendors and customers to generate sales leads.
• Assist in collections of receivables.
